Really?

I can't see why this won any awards, it's not bad by any means but it's just a short animation followed by a looping 'game' which is fun to play for a few seconds but has no variation or replay value. Why has this done so well? I've seen far, far better than this languishing in the 2.9 range.

Fun.

Your games are pretty repetitive and samey, but they're challenging and generous with the medals, so they're worth playing. This was the best one I've played so far, I like the puzzle aspect of trying to work out which blocks to remove in what order.

Fuck this.

It should have been a good game, but those torches ruin it. They immediately take away ALL of your hats no matter how high the stack is, and this happened to me right at the end of stage three when the stack was so close to the top of the screen that I didn't have the reaction time to move out of the way of the torch. It's nothing more than a trap designed to make the game more 'challenging', but it's just a deus ex machina to try and justify fucking the gamer over. The torch should remove, at the absolute most, a third of however many caps you happen to have on you at any time.

Such a shame.

Frustrating.

The core gameplay is good, minus some tedious trial and error stuff, and I liked that it went for 'easy to die but plenty of lives available' thing. However, it screwed me right at the end when I got killed by the boss, with over 50 lives remaining, and it wouldn't respawn me. It loses marks for that because that's a gamebreaking glitch, even if it's incredibly rare. Other than that, a fun/funny game.

Nice.

It's a cute game with some humour, let down by the repetitive nature of the blizzard evasion (the animation of the bear chasing you out shouldn't play every single time) and the general lack of replay value once you've found the five different sites. It was a nice way to spend ten minutes though, so good job. Also, the bear is awesome.

Good game.

Reminds me of Monkey Island, which is a good thing naturally. Could have done with more medals as an incentive to play again, but other than that it's a good game with an inventive limitation premise.

It's ok.

It gets pretty repetitive pretty quickly. You can just stand in one spot and you'll beat it, no enemies and no real progression in the gameplay other than the number of stars. It doesn't seem like it's worth the time it takes to unlock that one, meagre five point medal. Still, at least it's well programmed.

Pretty good.

Really good claymation and a decent amount of outcomes, though the first and last levels were disappointing.

Funny.

Bit hard, I only got to the fifth wave, but it was amusing.

Another good game.

Suffers from the same problem as the original, i.e. over-sensitive and slightly awkward controls, and I actually preferred the presentation of the first game (the voice acting in this one is pretty grating). Still, once again, the core game is well executed and fun to play.

Currently on indefinite hiatus from animation due to lack of motivation, and simply having no time available to animate due to work and social life. Thanks for your support over the years and I hope that you will continue to enjoy my projects.
